Good afternoon. I live in Jamaica and I am interested in buying a solar system but I am planning on buying a small one (about 50kwh per month) and expanding when I can. I get about 8 hours of sun on average per day. Is there any advice that you can give as to how do go about achieving my goal?

the easiest way to go about this is to check out our pre-designed systems. we have one that puts out 40.5 kwh per month in california, you are closer to the equator and this system may be enough for you. it is a dc system, so you would need a dc to ac inverter.

you will need to determine if your appliances run off or 240 volt 60 hertz like in the united states, or 230 volt 50 hertz like euro nations etc...
